Know what your roof has left

Most roofs we look at are fine. That is worth knowing in October rather than finding out in January. $99 flies us over your roof once a year for three years — and while we are there we walk the rest of the property too. You keep the footage and the written report every time.

Thirty seconds on why your roof is the one thing nobody checks.
What $99 buys

You don't need to know anything about your roof

We fly it

An aerial pass over the whole roof, including the faces nobody can see from the ground or a ladder.

We walk the property

Fences, gutters, trim, siding, windows, foundation, decks — and a look at ceilings and the basement. We document the condition of the house, and tell you what we would do about it.

You keep it

The footage and a written, photographed report are yours — to act on, hand to another contractor, or file and forget.

If it fits, this is the plan

The Roof Care Plan

$99
Three annual visits over three years
About $33 a year. Paid once. Nothing renews. Nothing to cancel.

What every visit includes

  • A full aerial inspectionEvery face of the roof, dated and recorded.
  • A full walk of the property, not just the roof Fence lines and posts, gutters and downspouts, trim and fascia, siding, windows, visible foundation cracking, and a walk of the decks. Inside, a look at ceilings for staining and the basement for damp — from the room, with nothing opened. The existing condition of the house is photo-documented, and anything that needs work is written up as a recommendation.
  • A written, photographed report Dated, plain-language, and yours to keep or hand to anyone.
  • Year two onward — this year beside last year The comparison is the point. A roof rarely changes in a way you notice in one year. It changes in a way you notice across three.
  • 15% off any work, all three yearsWhatever the inspection finds, and whatever you decide to do about it.
  • Your price locked for three years
  • Transferable if you sellIt stays with the address.
  • A new roof from us restarts the planThree more years of cover from the day it's finished.

What it doesn't include — said plainly

  • The actual work — including clearing the gutters We inspect and document. We do not fix it on the visit — and we do not quote you on your doorstep either. Clearing a gutter is a job, not a courtesy, and the same goes for a rotted post or a failed seal. It goes in the report as a recommendation, and you decide whether to ask us for an estimate. That is exactly how we keep this at $99. Your 15% applies to all of it.
  • Repairs of any kind You hear it from us at the visit, with the photo and an honest number — never on an invoice afterwards. Book it with us at 15% off, or take the report to anyone you like. It is yours either way.

Why the record matters

We don't fight your insurance company

We give you the one thing that argues for you: a dated record of what your roof looked like before.

Home policies cover sudden damage, not gradual wear. Roof claims are commonly reduced or denied as wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or deferred maintenance — an adjuster pointing at granule loss or lifted edges and saying it was already happening. A dated record from before the storm is what separates a roof that was already failing from a roof that was sound in October.

An example of how that plays out

A 2008 house in Northeast Portland enrols in October. The roof is sound — years of life left, some granule loss on the south face, photographed and dated.

In February a windstorm lifts shingles along the ridge. The claim comes back reduced: the adjuster cites the granule loss and calls the ridge age-related.

The homeowner gives the carrier the October file — dated footage and a written condition report from four months before the storm, showing an intact ridge. The carrier now has a documented before-state to weigh against its own assessment.

This is an illustration, not a customer story. We are roofers, not public adjusters — we don't negotiate claims, argue coverage, or deal with your insurer on your behalf. We document your roof and give you the records. What your insurer does with them is between you and them.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is easy

  1. Pick a time

No roof knowledge needed. Weekdays and Saturdays, 8 to 5.

  2. We fly the roof

About an hour. Every face, then we go through the findings with you.

  3. You get the report and the footage

Yours to keep, whatever you decide to do next. Anything we found comes with an honest number and your 15%.

  4. We book years two and three

Same month, next two years, straight into the calendar so nobody has to remember.

Questions

Before you book

Is $99 really it?

Yes. One payment, covering three annual visits over three years. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel later.

What does the $99 actually cover?

Three annual visits over three years — roughly $33 a year. Each visit is a full aerial inspection and a written, photographed report you keep. It also locks 15% off any work for the full three years. One fee, paid once — there is no subscription and nothing renews on you.

What if you find something serious?

We show you the photo on the roof, explain what it means, and give you an honest estimate. Your 15% applies. You are free to take that estimate to anyone else — the report is yours.

Is it only the roof?

No. The roof is why most people book, but the visit is a full walk of the property: fence lines and posts, gutters and downspouts, trim, siding, windows, visible foundation cracking, and the decks. Inside, we look at ceilings for staining and the basement for damp — visually, from the room, with nothing opened, probed or metered. The condition of the house is photo-documented, and anything that needs work is recommended in the report.

Do you clean gutters?

Not during the inspection appointment — a gutter is a real job and rushing it in half an hour serves nobody. But we do get it handled: we inspect and photograph them on the visit, tell you what they need, and bring in the gutter partner we use. Your 15% member discount applies to that work as well. One call, one point of contact, and you are not left chasing a second trade.

What if I sell the house?

The plan stays with the address and transfers to the new owner. Three years of documented roof condition is a reasonable thing to hand a buyer.

What if I need a new roof?

Your 15% applies, financing is available on qualifying work, and the plan restarts for three more years from the day the new roof is finished.

Do you work in Washington?

Yes. We are licensed and registered in both states — Oregon CCB #246444 and Washington PROCOCI763LD.
